Delicious and felt a difference right away! A must have for winter and way better than pills.
I was pleasantly surprised with this product and now prefer to take it over having multiple pills to swallow. It's a lot higher dose than the tablet too. 30ug (1200 IU) of Vit D compared to only 10ug in tablets I used to take... plus the bonus of high dose Vit C and Zinc too. I felt a difference straight away and love having this in the morning to set me right for the day. I googled why I felt a difference and turns out liquid vitamins are must better for absorption (up to 98% compared to 15% in tablet form). I definitely won't be wasting my money on tablets/pills anymore. Thanks Tonic - I'll keep my eyes peeled for new flavours,
