Vitapur Countertop Room Cold Water Dispenser, White

perfect water dispenser for countertop. It is not too bulky. You will get 1-2 cold cups of water at a time but it is really cold. The other dispenser is room temperature. Works well. Not loud. Easy to use.

Update for Feb 2021 10-months after purchase it has stopped working. I plug it in and nothing happens. No lights. No cold water. The levers still function so I can use it as a water dispenser but the cooling function, which we paid extra for, is gone. Very disappointing. Original review.... Water flow isn't the best. Cold water isn't very cold but its functional. Concerned levers, which are not very sturdy, will give way in a relatively short time, but thats yet to be seen.

I love this water dispenser, this was all I needed for hot summers.

Edit: So I changed my review as I called the company and they told me about a plug that I needed to remove. I’m still only giving three stars because I’m shocked the instructions couldn’t mention that. The unit has been blinking for hours and hasn’t cooled down yet and I can’t find any information online or in the booklet to troubleshoot. I’m very disappointed. I just want to know why it would show that it’s cooling for so long. Is it broken? Did I set up something incorrectly? Again, there’s zero information online about this unit.

I suppose it isn't too surprising, but the cooling water tank is rather shallow. I have this at work and it quickly runs out of cold water after a couple of cups and takes a long time to chill down the next set. With that said, however, it's a great little cooler, and I'm glad I got it.

Works perfectly so far. The lights in the front way too bright.

Flooded floors 3 times. First base unit purchased with Greenway filtration system bottle. THESE 2 UNITS ARE NOT COMPATIBLE! Instructions are incomplete about collar that supports bottle. Pieces do not fit together properly (base unit & water bottle). Bought first base, set it up & water leaked horribly out of the fan motor vent. It sounded like an outboard motor. Looked down inside & it looks like tubes are not connected properly because unit was not leaking anywhere else but the fan vent. Returned for replacement thinking it was faulty, second unit leaked this time around the top where the bottle neck goes in (tubes looked the same). Way too much trouble to try & set up. 2 mechanically inclined people worked on it several times trying every configuration we could think of & it either didn't fit or leaked. I got doused twice from the neck down & the floors have been flooded 3 times. Instructions are poor for something that should be so simple. Unclear photos, not enough details on assembly. When you think you've got everything set up just right, BAM...flood.
