ZIPLOC BIG BAG XXL 3 Bags

I love these bags! They are thick and sturdy and the zipper works well. The XXXL size can stand open while filling it. They are great for storing linens, comforters and pillows, jackets and bulky clothing. You can keep one in the car for bringing home dirty or sandy items. When I go on vacation, I tuck one in my suitcase and put the dirty clothes in it. At the end of the trip all that needs to go back in the suitcase is the bag. They seal tightly. They are hard to find locally so I get them via Amazon.

Mother-in-law loves these for storing winter clothes. They are clear and offer a good storage capacity. They seal well and the zipper is quality. After my MIL tried them, I purchased a box for summer beach towels. This same one bag is durable and stays in my closet until I need them and has lasted three years m, not a joke. I’m when you buy them on Amazon they’re cheaper than most retailers.

I had no idea that Ziplock even made baggies this large until I needed some and went on the search. In order to double bag a 21lb turkey to brine for Thanksgiving, I have to use very large bags. Once the bird is inside the double bagged baggies the brine is poured in, baggies are zip locked, the bags are then lowered into a very large cooler/ice chest, covered with ice, and left to rest for 20 to 24 hours. The bird is turned once and the baggies make that very simple by being so easily unzipped and rezipped. Obviously to manage all of that the bags not only have to be large but also have to be sturdy and reliably so. These baggies did not and do not disappoint (usually Ziplock never does). There is plenty of room and then some with no leakage of any of the salty, seasoned brine into the ice chest. When his bath is over, Mr. Turkey is easily lifted out of the cooler still inside the bags and carried to the sink with no drips, no runs, no errors thankfully to the sturdy construction of the baggies and their large size. Of course the possibilities for using these giant Ziplock baggies are endless with the box even hinting at some of them. Storing things such as out of season clothes, sports equipment, hand me down clothes, bulky craft supplies, holiday decorations, beach paraphernalia, extra towels, blankets, and sheets just to name a few. As a matter of fact, I always keep an extra box on hand just in case a need arises for this over-sized commodity. Rather than try to run all over town in search of these baggies, I order them from Amazon with no fuss or worry. I fully realize that not everyone will have the occasion to use these, but if you do it is nice to know they exist and know how to get the job done! The Jumbo 3-pack would be perfect for storing a heavy quilt or blanket during the off-season. It is huge! I bought the bags so we could each have a place to store dirty clothes during our long weekend getaway. They fold up nice and compact for travel. But I will admit they were overkill for our purpose (1 bag per person for our 4-day stay). One jumbo bag would easily be big enough for two people for an entire week, possibly even a family of four. The bags are much thicker than your standard Ziplock freezer bag. The "zipper" does not have a zip tag but instead is like the plastic rib "zip" on a sandwich bag, except it is much thicker. It holds together well. The bags have a pleated bottom like the stand-up kitchen Ziplock bags but the area is only 6" wide so it won't actually stand up but will make it easier to store heavy items in a cupboard. When we came home, we hung our bags up in the laundry room to air out (since they had dirty clothes in them). They are easily reusable. I plan to use store extra blankets in these jumbo bags and order the smaller size next time we travel.

These bags are great for storing large items. I put my outdoor cushions in the X-Large size when I am hurricane prepping. They have kept the water and dirt away for several years now.

Huge!! Too big for what I bought them for but great for bedding and towels and such for the cottage. Sturdy. No rips or tears so far.

Very handy and useful backpack sized bags for me when camping, mountain biking and bushwalking. Quick and easy access to a bag that easily and reliably replaces a far more expensive dry bag or sack.Good quick service and good pricing too. Delivery was quite fast too although the actual package and the individual boxes of ziplock within the package were somewhat crushed and water damaged. Not a big deal though as it didn't impact the integrity or quality of the ziplock ;-D

Strong, good seal, should last long. Wish there were packs of 20!
