Is this water tight. Or will it leak?

It doesn't leak, but it does "sweat". I isually have had no problems with it. Use it for our family BBQ get togethers all of the time. Kept ice frozen for a large birthday party for over 6 hours. It holds up.

How wide is the bottom inside?

I have the bare metal one. Inside at the bottom is 13 1/2” x 7 1/2”. It is 10” tall inside.

Maybe for one person at a time. It's big enough for drinks as the picture shows and it is deep, but not big enough for apple bobbing.
