Good product for the price
Delivery by Amazon was great, on time, no damage. After uncrating the freezer, I followed all instructions. Within a couple hours, temperature was down to 0 F. Filled about half full with frozen food and everything is working perfect.

Every surface was damaged on delivery.
3 stars just based on condition at delivery. Will update after installation. We will install tomorrow and see if it works but every side of the freezer was damaged in transit. And not little dents but large dents and creases that have us concerned this unit may not last long (if it even works). Not thrilled. Expect better packaging when paying ~$900 USD! This is not the level of quality we would expect for the cost.

Defective by every metric
Product arrived with a large forklift hole in the bottom. Smoke from machine when plugged in. I documented photographically and initiated return. Pilot/Maersk picked up freezer for return and have now “lost in transit”. Amazon refuses to help, everyone is sorry.No accountability at either company. Plan is for me to accept their apology and lose $1200But they are sorry, so…

Ours Arrived Undented
Several customers had trouble receiving this freezer dented. Ours arrived in good condition. We've been using it for about a week (as of September 2, 2020) and, so far, it has been working fine. Our refrigerator failed and, due to the pandemic, it's a long wait for a new one. This has enabled us to keep the food in the freezer compartment unspoiled, as we wait for our new fridge.

Packaging is not protective enough, and can lead to dents from shipping.
Fits in small space in garage. It's very quiet and seems to work well. I haven't had a power bill, but it should be chap to run. The only problem was the packaging provides little protection in shipping, and since it works OK, I will live with.the dented corner.
