Mirror adhered with 3 strips of tape - no glue
The mirror on the door fell in the middle of the night and parts of it shattered on the floor. I saw that it was only adhered with 3 strips of tape, no glue or anything. This is an accident and a lawsuit waiting to happen. It's kids furniture for goodness sake. Imagine if a child was standing in front of it when it happened?!
