Given this book to my daughter to practise her maths. Working well. There is entry for time each day how long the page has taken her.

I bought this book because I wanted my daughter to get some practice in long multiplication and long division.On checking the book the first few pages are some basic multiplication and division. And then it does get more complicated where they check certain multiplication and division facts.These are good- but I just wanted pages of multiplication and long division.Long multiplication starts on day - 33.And long division on day 63.Then after day 93- they start learning others facts- prime numbers etc.So for this I found the cover picture a little misleading- as I just wanted pages of multiplication and long division.We have done one page of long division so far and I've found an issue with the answers.Rather than writing remainders- they write the answer accurate to 1 decimal place.It was a little confusing when marking the paper. As I couldn't understand what the number after the comma was.E.g.page 63- 677÷7= 96,7There is no way I would expect my kid to work that out- it would be better if they had wrote out the remainders. So I could check them quickly when marking- instead- any answers with remainders, I had to work out the answer myself to make sure the remainder was correct.Not sure if there is further issues with other answers as only done limited work yet.
