My order came yesterday with an "expiration date" 4 months from now. All of the packets were 60% fluid/40% crystals. Here is the deal with honey: 1) Honey NEVER expires. It will lose moisture and it will crystalize, and even become completely solid/crystalized, but all of this is reversible. 2) When honey partially or completely crystalizes place the container of honey (assuming it is glass or foil packets), or place the crystalized honey in a glass container then, into very hot water for 30 min or more (the honey is only warmed by the water it NEVER TOUCHES the hot water - like a double boiler) and the crystallization with turn back into honey. This can be repeated over and over again as necessary. The packets I received are partially crystalized and the packets are made of foil. So I place several of the unopened packets into very hot water for 30 min and the crystallization is gone. The honey inside the unopened packets maintained it normal, fluid, consistency after that with out issue. If you are buying real honey, it will NEVER go bad and can AWAYS be rewarmed back into its natural state.

I use these while traveling. Well packaged, will not break open in purses or suitcases. Very nice. Wish they were a bit less pricey, but worth it for the serious traveler who loves honey.

I had this at a casino back in the winter and loved this honey in my tea. It is the same brand that I use for jelly. I ordered it and still have a few left several months later. It still tastes great several months later.

It looks like one of the packets broke and there was honey spilled over and the packets were all sticky and gross. I’m requesting to return it and I have tried many times already with no response

We first saw this item at an upscale breakfast place and I immediately got on line to Amazon to buy some for us. We travel a lot and my husband loves honey in his tea. It is a perfect way to pack & take it. Very strong packaging that shouldn't break in transit. A little pricey but worth it.
