Jack's Magic Stain Solution #1 The Iron, Cobalt and Spot Etching Stuff, 1 pound

This stuff is magic! Removed every stain on our vinyl pool.

It does remove the stains but they come right back in a short time. Takes days to balance the pool water after using.Tried it two times. So now I live with the stains.

I followed the instructions to the letter. I was hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but decided to go forward. After putting in the product in the pool, I waited the 48 hours. Nothing changed. I was very disappointed. I just left the pump running. After a couple more days, it seemed like there was less stain, so I left the pump running. The next day, the stain was almost gone. I am very happy that I decided to use this product.

After getting my pool water balanced, I put this in. I had extensive rust stains on all surfaces of my pool and Jack's magic removed it. My pool looks like new again.

The product works very well removing iron from spa. It arrived with a broken cover, broken pieces and chemical spilled inside the bag it was shipped in. It was obviously known to be in this condition when shipped because someone taped the cover on.

This product was reccomend by my pool builder. This stain remover worked great. I new I had iron stains on the side of our pool because we had just had a new roof installed and found tiny pieces of nail braizing rod that hold the nails together for the nail gun in the pool. I used this with jacks magic magenta stuff ( a sequestrant) which the instructions called for. I did scrub the pool walls as well to agitate the stains but I don't think it really needed it. I also turned the pump on high and saw results within two hours. After 48 hours the pool walls were totally clear of any stains.

The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars is because the picture is misleading. It is a picture of a 2lb bottle. Granted, I should have read the description closer, but how hard would it be to have the correct picture. The product is great and works. I thought it was a great price until I received it and realized it was the small 1lb. The price is about what you're going to pay anywhere else.

The white steps into my pool were orange from the iron in my city water. I used the powder Jack's Magic as best I could on the horizontal parts of the steps, and to my delight, it cleaned all parts ofthe steps - even the vertical parts underwater that i couldn't directly apply the powder to! And I didn't even brush! The steps came clean immediately, and the risers were white the very next day! This is the only product that I have found that works for me.Amazing product!
