Anti-inflammatory and super fresh tea!
I really love this tea. Just ordered another tin before I run out. I have EDS and inflammation so when I heard about stinging nettle I had to try. I have noticed a difference in my inflammation and the tea is soothing. Sometimes I add some rose tea or chamomile and sometimes I add some of the nettle to my Chinese traditional blend. Also, I want to note the freshness of this tea. It’s so fresh and very high quality. I will continue to buy this.

The flavor is a bit weak when using the directed amount. If you add a little more than directed it tastes wonderful.
