Shibolim FlaxSeed Bread (1 Pound) Low Carb, Zero Net Carbs Per Serving, Keto Friendly, Rich in Fiber & Protein, Vegan

My second time ordering this flax bread. I had forgotten how small the slices are, hence the low calorie. It's about half the size of cottage bread slices. I love it for the low carb count, high fiber, and health benefits of flax. Texture is hearty and dense. Tastes about exactly as you would expect, earthy. Perfect serving size for a sandwich or topped toast. I prefer it grilled or oven toasted. Must keep in freezer once opened. I portion the loaf into three separate bags before freezing. It's a great option for diabetics, keto persons, or those trying to add healthy grains. Is it worth the cost? Yes you are worth it.

This product portrays itself to be a healthy alternative to bread, but I reacted to it immediately after eating. When I read the ingredients, WHEAT GLUTEN was listed as the SECOND INGREDIENT. What a joke. So many ppl have issues with both wheat and gluten, so this product is super bad for the gut. They cover this up so you really have to pay attention to the individual ingredients of everything you purchase so you’re not scammed. Waste of money.

I recently started keto/high protein diet and I was searching for a bread that could satiate the cravings I had for carbs, while truly being very low carb. I am really satisfied with this flaxseed bread, even though the pieces are small, it's quite filling. I used 4 pieces at a time to make the equivalent of a regular sandwhich. I toasted the bread and made a turkey sandwhich and also made a grilled cheese. It met the dietary needs of keto, while also being high protein. I will defintely order this again.

After trying to make my own flaxseed bread which was a colossal fail, I was delighted to find a ready made loaf with 2 grams of carbs per slice. This has a good taste but the size of each slice is the size of a generous cracker. This was sent in a paper bag, but was not smashed when it arrived.

Not bad at all... it obviously is not normal bread, but really good flavor and texture.

Tadte is Just ok and it's extremely chewy. Also, loaf and slices are too small for a full sized sandwich (about half). I threw it away after 6 slices.

From all the assorted Keto breads I have purchased, this is truly the very best. Although it does not look very good, it looks like somebody sat on it and is rather flat, it is really good from all aspects. It is dense, in a light sort of way. It is chewy, does not fall apart at all, not when frozen or defrosted, you do not have to toast it to keep each slice in one piece and is quite tasty. It is chewy in a good way and really satisfying. I usually have 4 slices at a time with whatever other foods I have. It is definitely worth a try if you are buying keto bread. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

There really was not much that was good about this bread. The only good things were; 1) it was pre-sliced like a normal loaf of bread and 2) it had a moist, heavier density than standard wheat-based bread. The bad things about his bread are show-stoppers. First, the bread arrived with nearly half the loaf covered in green mold. The bread was not handled with care by the vendor and was not frozen or refrigerated after it was made, as other reputable vendors do. Second is the taste. Even smothered in garlic butter, the Flaxseed taste is still overwhelming. I could not even take a second bite. I have tried other brands and found that "YEZ!" has the best product. The loaves look more like they are fresh baked, and they come with a warning label to keep them frozen until you are ready to use them. The texture is good and the taste is more subdued and allows the flavor of whatever you put on it to come through.
