Been using this for years!
A doctor told me about Emergen C. Yes yes it has a few grams of sugar but that's OK for me. I love the flavor of this and it gives me a decent amount of zinc as well as vitamin C and other nutrients. I guess the price is slightly high for how many you get but I suspect that's due to the individual packets, which I do appreciate, so I don't mind paying. The flavor is very good!

Hydrate with elderberry & C
When you feel a cold or sniffles, it won't hurt to chug a couple bottles of these. You probably don't drink enough water and your body may need more vitamin C if you're on a restrictive diet. This can help.
