Great Viton seal
the Fel-Pro package contained a Viton seal with "National" cast into the material. Has a loop spring to maintain a good seal. worked for a GM 2.5L Iron Duke

I used a screwdriver to pry the old one out and then used it to bang the new one into place so simple so easy and its done...phew, now to put it back together...arghhh
