Item did not work. Received the phone it’s broken not working. When I call people can’t hear me. Phone has scratches I know it’s refurbished but it’s not working. Sending it back. Seller sold something that literally doesn’t work

Absolutely shocking , didn’t work screen unresponsive came very poorly packaged in only a tiny piece of bubble wrap , will never order another phone from Amazon, very disappointed

Nunca había comprado un producto reacondicionado y por lo mismo tenía muchas dudas de adquirirlo, pero me decidí a hacerlo y qué grata sorpresa me llevé. Llevo 2 semanas usándolo y el equipo ha funcionado sin problemas. El equipo viene liberado y funciona perfectamente con Telcel. Físicamente el celular está IMPECABLE, no tiene ningún golpe ni rayón, prácticamente luce como nuevo, lo cual me preocupaba por algunas reseñas que había leído donde decían que les había llegado con rayones. Otro tema que me hacía dudar, era la condición de la batería, pero el celular llegó con una condición del 98%, más que excelente. El Face ID funciona perfectamente, las cámaras también, audífono, bocina, etc. Todo funciona excelente. Cómo lo dice el vendedor, viene con un cargador genérico, pero funciona muy bien, carga sin problema. Venía bien empacado igualmente en una caja genérica. El celular también trae una mica que protege la pantalla, nunca había puesto una de estas a mis celulares, pero se ve bien, se agradece ese detalle. En fin, el iPhone está en inmejorables condiciones tanto externas como internas. Si tienes dudas de adquirirlo, al menos yo te puedo recomendar que lo hagas, pues es una excelente opción a buen precio. De la entrega ya sabemos que Amazon es el mejor en eso, me llegó en 2 días. RESUMEN Muy satisfecho con el iPhone. CÓMPRALO.

Overall this was a good purchase. The iPhone XR 64GB looked almost perfectly new, I couldn’t find a single scratch on it. The screen is perfect and it responds to touch quickly. The phone is fully unlocked and it works on Canadian networks. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the battery life is at 85%. I knew it wouldn’t be 100% but I was hoping for 90% based on other reviews. But I am still satisfied, it’s a good phone for the price.
