Excellent durable nice size wok!!
Very nice wok and very large, even though you only use one burner on your gas or electric stovetop. This was a gift I purchased for my granddaughter & her fiance. They love to cook, so I saw this was made by Mitch inside & the stainless steel heating element, so after checking out other reviews, I bought this. It is very durable. She told me I was crazy to spend so much, however I didn't think so. This is a very good quality wok that should last a very long time if taken care of properly. They're happy so I'm happy!!😊

Love it!
I love most items Kitchen Aid. This pan works perfectly, doesn't stick, heats up well, and it's even beautiful. I had one very similar that I would use almost every day and lasted more than 10 years, so looking forward to this one also lasting a lot.

I need a lid for wok.
My hubby and I love this wok. But we need a lid. I wish this wok came with its own lid as a set.

Beautifully made!
I really love this pan! I got rid of all of my non-stick cookware because of how bad it is for us and switched to stainless. I purchased this pan to go with a full set I bought. It's really heavy and you can tell it's a well made item! I've used it multiple times and it cooks beautifully. I don't use metal utensils and I clean it while it's still hot after cooking and it looks the same as the day I received it. If you are new to stainless steel cooking, make sure you heat the pan on medium heat for 4-5 minutes before putting anything in it. If you cook with salt, it can leave a white stain in the pain but don't panic! Simply wipe the stain with a mixture of white vinegar and water until the stains come out and then clean with soap and water. Also, never heat cold water with salt as it can cause pitting, heat water first and add salt after its hot. Also only use a non-scratch sponge. If you properly maintain your pan, it will stay beautiful for years to come!

My new All in one Pan. NO Nonstick items on the surface
I got this, since I've gone through several different versions of Non-stick over the years. Ceramic, Black interior non-stick and now the Hexagon. Enough. I wanted a high sided stainless steel pan or carbon pan that I could use as a all/everything pan. I feel this is the perfect pan. I need to re-work and learn to find tips and tricks working with this. I know to pre-heat the pan, till I get the bead of water to roll across the surface. Fun to watch in this pan. This is also induction friendly. No buzzing. To work with this pan,I also got this lid, which I really like."Walfos Universal Lid for Pots, Pans and Skillets - Tempered Glass with Heat Resistant Silicone Rim, Fits 13", 14" and 15". fits perfect." Allows me to see inside the pan. I can steam cook at low temp. For a spatula, this works well with the curve of the pan:Wok Spatula Stainless Steel, Wide Metal Spatula with Hollow Long Handle Wok Utensils,Silver/14.7Inch.I still have cast-iron, but I prefer Stainless for chicken, sauteing. The cast iron for me is other slow cook methods. I have a high sided Carbon Steel, use to sear steaks prepped while doing Suave.I can strongly recommend this pan. Look at You Tube cooking channels that show you how to cook with Stainless Steel. I want to stop throwing away pans. I remember my grandmother had cast-iron, that was in the family for years. People thought at the time those new fangled Non-stick were great. Boy were we wrong. DuPont, shame on you. Other companies pushing these non-stick what a waste to the environment.
