Stainless Steel Rolling Pin and Silicone Mat Set, Adjustable Thickness Rings - For Baking Dough, Pizza, Pies, Pastries, Pasta, Cookies

I have a horrible time trying to get dough thin, or rather I used to! This is absolutely perfect for me, as I like making my own crackers which requires 1/16" thin dough. Now, I can use the blue rings on the ends of the rolling pin and get the perfect thickness without issue. Crackers that I made in the past would never roll perfectly with my old wood rolling pin for some reason. I would get uneven thicknesses and that made for problems baking properly. I can roll out the dough efficiently and get the perfect thickness by the pressure placed in the center of the pin or the edges. Crisp, gorgeous Crackers every time. I can roll out thin cookie dough, biscuits and pie crust with ease. There has been no problems with the dough sticking to the stainless steel, as there is with the wooden rolling pin which required the added flour to the dough causing think tough Crackers especially. With the silicone pastry pad, I can measure pie crust to the perfect size quickly without adding flour too! This makes for a lighter and flakier crust. As I am short and my counters high, I always had trouble getting the needed pressure to get the dough right. Now, because the pin is heavier than the wooden one, I don't have the problem of trying to press the pin to the right pressure. The silicone pastry sheet is easy to clean and doesn't move a bit.I highly recommend this product as it is easy to use and clean. If you want the perfect product to help you to keep baking and not have to buy expensive processed food items BUY THIS!

The rolling pin is sturdy, easy to clean, and the spacers are a total game-changer—they help me keep everything even and consistent, which is super important when I’m making treats. Loved it. It worked exactly as I was hoping. I make a lot of home made hot pockets and this made it just a bit easier and faster. Absolutely recommend. I also love the mat that came with it.

This works well to roll out even dough. My only complaint would be that you have to unscrew the ends and pick the size you want every time you use it. If you're only using one size all the time, that wouldn't be a problem. Ease to clean. All in all a good product.

Seriously love this thing! I love the rings to help keep dough rolled to the desired thickness. Some dough will stick but barely and nothing a little bit of flour won’t solve! It’s not too heavy like other rolling pins I’ve had! Easy to store. Same size as other traditional rolling pins. Easy to clean!!!

It is a really good quality item. I use this for cake pops and sugar cookies. I also like the mat that it comes with. Highly recommend
