This was the first time I ever used a " pinch collar". I have and 80 lb German Shepherd at 11 months old. I watched some training videos on youtube and seen professional trainers using this exact collar . So i bought it. What a game changer. Put it on my wild boy GSD to help with heel and not pulling while on a walk. A simple quick jerk with redirection and he is right beside me. I 100% recommend this collar. Bought this for our 100lb block of love. There's a lot of controversy over these collars, but if used right I've been told they can be a great training tool. In our case, it was to try to train our dog how to walk on leash without pulling. Sizing is right on, fit was great. Not too small and not too big. We removed two links for perfect fit. It's a solid, heavy and durable. It's a great quality collar. While it gave us the control we needed while training, unfortunately we have yet to meet our goals. No fault of the collar. We will be enrolling in professional training in addition to this.Bottom line I would say if you're looking for a collar like this buy it! Just please make sure you are fitting it correctly and using it right.

Prong collar works great. Easy to adjust. Made well and easy to use, my 11 year old daughter puts it on her very energetic pup (australian shepherd/border collie mix) for walks. Built to last.

I wish I would have discovered this years ago! My 5-year old Golden Retriever is a continual puller and makes it very unpleasant to go on walks. A friend recommended the Halti which goes over the muzzle. I was not comfortable with that, even though I know it works really well for some dogs. I decided to try one and my dog lost her mind on our first walk wearing it and got her paw caught in it while desperately trying to get it off. Being a horse owner in the past and being familiar with this brand's excellent products, I bought it as a last resort, along with the clasp that is sold separately. It was extremely frustrating trying to figure out the clasp which you must slide to one side and then pinch to release (I wish the company would give better instructions/videos to make this an easier task.) It has been a lifesaver now that the clasp issue is solved and I highly recommend!

While the prongs were perfectly rounded and spaced, and the collar worked well my dog was in-between sizes. If I removed a link it was too tight, if I added one it was too loose. It was a good collar and it worked with a wide flat collar to hold it up, but I wouldn't recommend it for a small dog, get the micro!

Absolute must for hard pullers. Nothing worked before but this has her behaving so well. She still loves me and has never gotten hurt. It’s so easy to use and it was easy to train her. After trying so many different methods for months this is the one that truly works. I cannot emphasize it enough, it’s worth every cent.

Highly recommend. Instantly helped my dog walk without pulling. Walked around the house with the collar and leash on. He understood immediately what he needed to do. Great quality.My dog is small (13 lbs) and very headstrong. I removed links until it fit below his ears as described.

This is our second one for our other pup. They are good quality and work to help our dogs pulling behavior along with training from our dog trainer on how to properly use them.
