My daughter's car battery died. Should not have been a problem right? Wrong, looks like someone may have tried to break into the car at some point and damaged the door lock. I was getting ready to call a Lock Smith when some Guy asked if I needed Help. I way yes and he pulls out this device. Next thin I know, he wedges the device between the door and with a hanger, was able to open the door. Took a few tries but definitely saved me some money. Tried to pay him for the assistance, but he would like take any money. Nice guy. DEFINITELY recommend this product. It's a must have in my opinion. PS. Also invest in a device which facilitate opening the door latch. A hanger works but took a bit longer to open the door. Either way, it saved me at least $100.00 Plus if I had called a Lock Smith.

It worked better then I wanted so be careful it busted my agitator on my washer so easy up very strong tool
