I've been taking the Applied Nutrition Green Tea Triple Fat burner for 3 days now and I have noticed a considerable difference. This is a strong diuretic, it caused a flushing out of my system almost immediately. As noted by others, you must drink a lot of water! For 3 reasons 1) For this product to circulate properly through the system and 2) So that you will not become dehydrated (even though I'm drinking more water, my mouth feels very dry when I wake up and in the middle of the night), and 3) So that this product is not too hard on your liver/kidneys (as with anything you take that may have strong ingredients). I recommend only taking 1 capsule, not 2, but it's your choice. And I recommend taking one capsule early in the morning and the next around 1pm. I took it later in the day the first day (5pm) and I couldn't sleep. So, the next day I took it early in the morning and then again at 1pm and I slept very well last night. I feel a little bit of the "jumpiness", but not much. However, I'm taking only 1 capsule as opposed to 2 and I'm used to drinking rocket-fuel strength coffee, so I'm used to the caffeine. With that said, I think 2 capsules would be too much for me, as I can already feel some uneasiness/jumpiness, but it's worth the drastic loss of appetite. Someone brought muffins yesterday and I didn't even want 1, which is a big change for me. I highly recommend this product, if used wisely. It's a powerful product. Last note, from what I've read about EGCG, it's a big plus for your overall health to have 300 mg. per day of this. From what I've researched, EGCG is a powerful antioxidant. It helps with weight loss, repairs cell/tissue damage and shields cells from free radical damage, kills cancer cells and inhibits the growth of new cancer cells without causing healthy tissue damage, slows down aging, lowers LDL cholesterol levels, and helps to prevent cardiovascular disease, infection, impaired immune function, diabetes, dementia, and arthritis.

These pills used to be available in a bottle. They are now dispensed in boxes with an odd closure, making the ease of access cumbersome — so we decant them into an old version of the bottle form. Other than that, this is the same product as we’ve used for years now.

today was my first day using this product. i took 2 capsules and felt no muscle weakness or fatigue while doing 3 sets of free weights, treadmill on an incline for 30 mins. and a 20 min. hike. i take prescription medications for painful osteoarthritis and today was the first time i have been able to move around with energy and i feel great. there is a warning in case you have high blood pressure since there is an equivalent of approximately a cup of coffee in caffeine but i felt no effects of it at all. i am on blood pressure medication so i tried one capsule and waited an hour to take the 2nd dosage and feel this supplement is safe to use. i am not hungry at all and really am excited to have found this product to get back into shape!

I got this product about 2 weeks ago and have been taking two pills twice a day since. I originally got this pill because even though I have been eating healthy foods and exercising regularly I had hit a plateau in my weight loss. After taking the pills for two days it was my weigh in day and I was down 2.5lbs on the scale. Whether its the pills or not who can say for sure, but they definitely didn't hurt. If you are expecting these pills to be a miracle and allow you to eat 2 cheeseburgers and a chocolate cake washed down with a diet coke and still lose weight, keep looking (and please share this miracle when you do find it ;). However, these pills do provide a nice little appetite suppressant and energy boost that along with proper diet and exercise will give you a little pick me up on your journey. All in all, I have lost 6lbs since i began taking these pills, a result I am more then pleased with. I also began looking into green tea supplements for the other health benefits besides weight loss, and I must say since I have been taking these pills my skin looks fantastic. I have always had red blotches and dry patches on my skin, and they are almost completely gone now. Since I have not changed anything in my skin care regimen and have not noticed this drastic change prior to these pills I am giving them most of the credit (I have also been eating healthy, non-processed, whole foods and drinking a lot of water which is obviously great for your skin as well. However I have been doing this for months, and have not seen the dramatic results I have these past few weeks). So, this is a good solid product, that I would recommend to my friends, provided they recognize it for what it is, a supplement, and not a miracle drug. ps. If you are very sensitive to caffeine, I would suggest staying on the lower end of the dosage, 1 pill twice a day. I am not very susceptible to caffeine normally, however I currently have no other caffeine in my diet and definitely noticed the caffeine in these pills the first few days. However now, my body must have adjusted because I just feel energized and not at all jittery.

This product is amazing. It makes me sweat a lot, when at the gym, and it gives me energy! I used this product a long time ago but decided to try Hydroxicut and forgot about it. Hydroxicut has nothing on it. This natural triple burner work a 100 times better for half the price.

I’ve used this product several times and happy with it. My issue is with the seller sending 1 box of Triple Fat Burner and 2 boxes of regular Fat Burner. I did not get what I ordered. I went to product support and it directed me to Applied Nutrition, the manufacturer. However, they aren’t the shipper so.. yeah.

This product is just what I needed it takes the edge off of my appetite, and makes the day go by faster with less cravings!! It doesn't make me feel jittery at all and if I take it on an empty stomach I don't feel queasy at all! I love this product so much
