I am blown away. In fact I don't have to use my blow dryer anymore! I've been drying my hair, a 20-30 minute job, followed by another 20 minutes to straighten or curl my hair. My hair is waist length. I was actually looking for a wider straightener when I found this, hoping to cut my time a little. I bought this and forgot I had it until yesterday. It took 20 minutes to dry my hair and it was impressively straight. It stayed straight through the night, that never happens. It stayed straight all day out in the wind and heat, that never happens. I've always had to buy hair tools that have high heat, 450° is my number! If it doesn't go up that high or higher, it's not going to do much. I'm Irish and Finnish and my hair is tough. It's straight for the most part, but not smooth. I call my hair Irish/Finnish Sheep Hair. I colored my hair 7 times in one day and it didn't phase the texture. I was in Cosmetology and I could use a Marcel iron on my hair without burning it. So this, this is an impressive tool!!! I've been telling everyone about it. This is all I need now to do my hair. I think I'll get a second one, just to have.

You only need to run your hair once through this straightner for it to get straight. I literally can straighten my hair in 10 minutes or less with this. I love how wide it is because you can grab a bigger chunk of hair to straighten & it does NOT pull your hair! Also my hair will stay straight until I wash it, and I have curly hair. I used to have a baby bliss straightener and it stop working after a year of using it so thats why I bought this one supposedly for temporary use until I were to buy me another baby bliss. Well I never bought another baby bliss and temporary became permanent.

I’ve been in the beauty industry for over 39 years just want to say this is one of the best flat irons I have ever used and I’ve used professional flat irons ones over the counter ranging from $20 all the way up to three $400 and this is absolutely amazing. It straighten your hair the first time you use it. Less damaging to the hair it keeps your hair,shiny and healthy looking not dry or damagedin. The fact that this works on damp hair is a total game changer for me. My hair stays wet seemingly forever! I just used this wet to dry flat iron with vents and am very pleased with its performance. I’m now going to bed with styled hair instead of damp, twisted hair. If you have thick, curly, thirsty hair like me, you will like this.

Works well! Hair definitely needs to be closer to dry for it to be more effective

This is a fantastic product! I took a shower and then put my hair up in a towel for about 10 minutes while I was doing other things so my hair was still fairly damp and this amazing straightener did the job! It took a few passes of the flat iron to get my hair dry but that was ok and is indicated in the instructions. My hair is about two inches past my shoulders and normal thickness and it took 16 minutes to go from wet to dry and straight and this was my first time ever using this flat iron. At this price point don't hesitate to try this out!
