Does the job well
Great kit for my pull workouts. Does exactly what I wanted. The pulleys are nice and smooth. It’s a bit fiddly loading plates, but that’s to be expected.

Good for the price
Quite hard to setup as the clips are quite fiddly, and you need a lot of force to put them into place. Also relies on a bar to be put up somewhere otherwise it can't hang off of anything.Once you get around these things, it's great and works as desribed.

Good
Easy to set up and works a treat. Only use it for the light weight stuff, triceps etc so can’t say how much weight it holds

Well worth it!
I did a lot of research as there seems to be a lot of these pulleys on the market. This one met the brief and I am very happy with the purchase. It does everything I need. I also bought a couple of other attachments which are compatible with her as well for a shoulder pulldown.

Great way to add cable movements to a home gym
I have been using this since April 2023. If you just want something to do high to low cable movements this is fantastic (as long as you have your own plates). This fits standard size plates so if you want to use olympic ones either purchase a pin for those or get a sleeve to add to the included one.I have this installed in my garage that I converted to a gym. I purchased a steel loop from B&Q that has a bolt on it. Drilled a hole in the wooden beams in the ceiling to fit the loop and hooked the pulley to that. Works a dream. One of the best things about it is how simple and cheap it is to purchase extras to enhance the system. I have recently bought a second steel loop on a bolt and a steel loop on a bracket as well as a second pulley and a second cable. I then put the second loop on a bolt to a different point in the ceiling so I can attach the second cable to the first one and the second pulley to the second loop and have a true vertical pull for lat pull downs (otherwise the weights would slam into you). I also attached the loop in a bracket to the wall lower down (about 3 bricks high from the floor). This way I can attached the second cable here and have low to high movements as well. So with all this I can get pretty much the full movements available on most cable machines for a much cheaper price. As well as this its really easy and cheap to replace any parts should they break. The other advantage is it takes up hardly any space and can just be moved out the way meaning you don't have to permanently take up space in your home gym like a large cable machine would.

Works well but short cable
Product works pretty well. I say to set up. Smooth movement and daily good quality. Only issue I had was that the steel cable was a little too short. And that’s using every mm of it I can. I’m 6 ft 4 so I needed the support higher. I have to load the weight then lift it to the cable to connect it as it’s not long enough. Other than that’s it’s decent
