Perfect! Excellent packaging and great quality stand. It came with three silicone inserts, and one fit my MacBook Pro M3 16-inch perfectly. I couldn’t find many reviews for the M3 16-inch and ordered with some hesitation, but this stand works great. It also leaves the bottom clear for airflow, which is a big plus.
