I had a trailing cable across a much-used walkway, taking power over to a dark corner for a table lamp. Short of going to the trouble of taking a longer cable up over the doorway and down the other side, a cable cover was the obvious answer - and it works absolutely fine. It's still proud of the floor, of course, but it can be tucked in right by the area rug, lies flat and doesn't move - and it doesn't look terribly unsightly either. Inserting the cable was child's play and it lay flush with the floor from the beginning - no residual curling in spite of the fact that it was rolled up in the box - and had I needed to cut it to length, it would have been an easy job with a craft knife. Very pleased. A simple way to remove a trip hazard.

This is a very effective solution to dangerous cables trailing across the floor. I am disabled, and in a couple of rooms in my mid-80s bungalow there is only 1 double socket for the room. This means extension cables, which were a severe trip hazard. Solved perfectly by this Glengor product.

Excellent product with very fast delivery. More substantial in weight than other similar products I have used.Laid flat with no curls within a couple of hours and so far has stayed in place. Looks durable too. Use a sharp knife to cut to size. Very pleased with this purchase.

Work in an log building with old wiring and few sockets in each room. This cable cover has covered up the extension cord and network cable. I think I could add another if required and it hasn’t moved since installing a few weeks ago on carpet even though I walk on it every week day. Bought enough to use in 2 places and was able to cut it with a Stanley knife easily.

This item arrived safe and well packaged.This is a strong, durable and tough cable cover! These were bought for an office, to run cables between desks that have had to be changed to be 'distanced'.These have totally covered and protected the cables. They have stayed exactly where they were put - on the floor! They've been walked on and run over by trolleys already and they're withstood it all.I highly recommend this product.

I needed this 2 metre cable cover to cross the hall from my study for a LAN link to the router. But, only required intermittently when l am on long zoom calls. It is certainly neat and does the job but might be too heavy duty for domestic use if you need to recoil the cover. I am able to wrap the cover over a coat peg in the hall when not in use.

Excellent product - easy to cut to size, lies very flat straight after unrolling. Enough space for cables to stop them being a trip hazard so my new speakers can fit into place without ugly cables everywhere. Recommended.
