Purchased this amplifier for my son to power two 8 inch subs in his truck. We had to bridge to get any decent sound from the speakers, and the amp constantly shuts off for overload condition, even with the gain on the minimal setting. Changed subs and speaker wire to verify the amplifier as the problem. This amp just doesn't cut it. It's poor quality and I have started the return process. Don't get lured in by the price. It lasted only three days before problems started.

The amp feels super light. Feels super cheap. I hooked it up and it only plays for a few minutes and goes into protect mode.(EDIT) I changed my review from 1 star to 3. The reason is because i hooked the amp up to a 4ohm load and it works alot better. It can't handle a 2ohm load for too long. So for the price its good. I have it hooked up to 2 skar audio 6.5 speakers ant 4ohm load.

Bought 3 thinking Orion been around long time, this amp pushes no where close to 2500 watts, trying to run 4 , 300 watt full range speakers honestly was a joke

The amplifier went out on me in about a months time. I was only running inside speakers and all was professionally installed and set. Sounded good actually. No more for me... You get what you pay for..

I got the amplifier and didn't get a chance to use it before the warranty expired but i hooked it it worked & than the protection light came on &stayed on amp no good
