Pica 6045 I For All

Not meant for writing in the wet these have still performed admirably. They do run, but we performed a test where we marked steel the day before and left it in the rain overnight. Marks and numbers were still legible the next day. The red and white are both great for visibility. Erases easily with a wet finger but doesn't smear when dry. Still on the hunt for a perfect marker that works on smooth wet surfaces without running. In the meantime these are working great. The leads will however absorb water and become more crumbly if left out in the wet but seemed to survive plenty of downpours when the markers are left holstered where they should be anyway.

Pica big dry marker seems fine so far with the standard graphite leads, but one of the main reasons I bought it was to mark dark material, e.g. decking board with the white 'lead'.....Totally useless. It melts in the heat - even just from being in your pocket, and as if that wasn't bad enough it totally dissolves in the rain! Surely a better material could be used??

I thought it would be great to have red leads for some applications. BUT THEY ARRIVED ALL BROKEN. So, great purchase, but not at the same time. I mean, broken leads lead to nothingness and I paid for that. Don't do it!

Great pencil can mark anything I love it for marking gas pipe marks can be easily rubbed off
