I have a hard time staying asleep. I deal with back pain and restlessness at night and I wake up multiple times and have to walk around. My doctor says its my anxiety which I guess thats part of it. He put me on benzos which helped a lot but the addiction was real after a month. I quit that and have been looking for alternatives. I tried another kava extract brand that helped me a lot but it wasnt strong enough and I went through it quickly. This brand is much stronger and really helped me last night. 1ml before bed and I slept great. I did take half a ml several hours earlier just to test and noticed the calming effect quickly. Anyway I only woke up once to go to the restroom and didnt feel restless at all. Hopefully this continues. I will update if something changes.

Doesn’t taste like anything which was nice. However the day after I took it I was sick for 2 days. I think I just detoxed too fast or maybe it was a coincidence lol I’m scared to keep using it now though.

Great product!!! I’ve recommended this to several parents where their child were nonverbal or having sensory issues and it alleviated some or most of the nonverbal issues! 1.5 -3 years old have used it with no problems for them and I even used it on myself! Just don’t give younger children an adult dose and follow their recommendations. I’m sure there are others that haven’t had success but for us it’s great product. You have to be consistent and give it everyday as well as changing what they eat and not giving them ultra processed foods, dyes etc
