Will this work for my panel that does not have plug in neutral bar?

No. Without the panel having a plug on neutral bar you will need to get a breaker with a pigtail if you require a CAFCI and GFCI combination breaker. Hope this helps.

Is this item is the hom120pdfc not just the hom120pdf as pictured

HOM120PDF and HOM120PDFC is the same Homeline, Dual Function breaker. The only difference is the packaging.

I ordered these but the package says arc fault, is that the same for gfi? they are for garage outlets.

Purple button breakers are combination arc fault and ground fault. They may be used throughout house. Many electrical inspectors prefer that these are used for all single breaker applications.

Be careful with this seller. The breakers did not match the box and were not what I ordered. The seller never responded to my negative feedback.
