Delicious but loaded with energy
Extremely good, very delicious, but holy cocoa don't use the 4 tablespoons the directions say, you'll be hot wired for 4 hours feeling like you had 8 caffeine pills. Even 2 tablespoons get me wired

Delicious! I just use 2 tbls, half the serving size to make a yummy hot cocoa before bed. I add my magnesium to it and it helps me get to sleep. Great quality.

Very nice cocoa powder. But last shipment was not packaged well.
This is my favorite cocoa powder. I have been using it to make mocha in the morning for several years. I sometimes bought directly with equal exchange website and sometimes here through Amazon. My last order didn’t come out too well. There was cocoa powder all over when I opened it. It was sent on an Amazon paper bag instead of a box like usual. The paper label seemed to be different. The one on the left is a previous logo and the one on the right is a new one. However, the powder taste the same. Maybe the company just changed their logo.

Bitter and not at all satisfying
I enjoy a nightly treat of a cup of non-dairy hot chocolate. I have been enjoying the non-dairy Swiss Miss. I saw this and figured that it would be richer and more enjoyable. I was so wrong. I made this with extra creamy oat milk. I couldn't wait to finish the cup and honestly I wish I had just dumped it. It was not good. The taste is a bitter and as much as I expect some bitterness with dark chocolate, I figured that it would be balanced here. It is not. It is a lingering bitterness that just did not leave the palate. Also, the product did not fully want to dissolve in the HOT milk. It mixed but not fully. Not the biggest of deals there but it was a factor. I really like the ease of hot water with the Swiss Miss. I had thought of trying this with hot water but I can only imagine it would be so much worse than it is with the milk. Sorry to say that this was a waste of money for me. Not sure if there is anything I can do with the rest of the product, but I highly doubt I will be making another cup of hot chocolate with it again. I hate leaving negative reviews so I am giving this three stars but honestly, I really think it only deserves one.
