My favorite seasoning is Hondashi. If you like Japanese food or that kind of vibe, highly recommend. Very savory with gatsuobushi flavor and not that much salty! Good for base off soup or noodle dishes something like udon.

2 big envelopes in the box, perfect amount for me ... i use only a small spoonfull at a time for my occasional miso or udon noodle soup and refrigerate the rest in a jar
