Fun game. It does take quite a bit of thought to master, but it is easy to learn. Good for 10 and up, if they are good at logic games, though could be played with slightly younger kids but expect more “randomness” when they play. Still very fun for adults.

If you like Quixx and strategy games, you’ll enjoy this one. It takes a couple of plays to get the idea but it’s fun. Great that it’s in a small, makes it portable for family trips!

We love QWIXX, so we had to try this one also by Gamewright. We love it! I love that there’s also an element of strategy in where you place the numbers trying to get the least number of x’s possible.

My son received this game as a gift and it is very challenging for kids and adults. We have never completed a round as everyone gives up due to the difficulty.

There is a lot more game here than one would think from looking at the size and components of the box. Roll America is quite puzzly and accessible for gamers, families and kids alike. In Roll America you roll different colored dice and place the numbers within states on your map, however the numbers that touch can only be either one higher or one lower than every other number which borders it. Eventually this makes things get quite tough later on. There is a lot of thought which goes into the placement of the numbers. This game is very enjoyable, has a very small footprint and is a terrific travel game which can either can be played alone or with many players.

We purchased this as another option to Qwix, which is also fun (but getting old). We have had fun with this game, but I did take a star off because it's not something that we have to play all the time and typically we get passionate with our new games. After a few rounds both me and my son are ready to move on to something else. I would recommend this game as the rounds go fast, and it's a good distraction for about 15-20 minutes at a time. It's a good one to have in your game arsenal.

Can't say much more about this amazing roll and write game. It's a very fun thinker roll and write where you place a number in a state based on the coloured dice rolled then have to place a number that's either 1 number higher or 1 number lower to boardering states. It's a quick 8 rounds that's also pretty challenging and VERY FUN. Highly recommend it.
