I purchased these specifically because they were the cheapest version of this lighter in a pack that you could buy. This brand is always the best quality and just because these don't have a special design and are cheaper does not mean that they are any less of a lighter. These are extremely high quality lighters and from a brand I trust. Highly recommend.

These BIC EZ Reach lighters are fantastic! The extended wand design makes them super easy and safe to use for candles, grills, and hard-to-reach places without worrying about burned fingers. They light quickly and consistently every time, which is exactly what you expect from BIC quality. Unlike the lighters with the larger wand, you don't have to grip a safety release and depress the igniter at the same time. Just click your BIC! For someone with arthritis, this is a game changer! The assorted colors are a fun bonus and make it easy to keep track of multiple lighters around the house. The 6-pack is a great value, especially for everyday use and holidays when candles are constantly being lit. Reliable, convenient, and well designed—these are hands down my go-to lighters and I would definitely buy them again.

These were a great purchase for me. 8 lighters for less than $12 is getting the best deal for your money. I first came across these at a dollar store and they were actually more for a two pack package than these on Amazon. I bought them for sealing frayed ribbon because a typical lighter (the gear thingy) can get warm/hot to the touch after awhile. To use these you press the button and don't have to worry about that. Plus, they work well with lighting candles. Using a standard lighter, the flame flows upward towards you. These help keep the flame further from your fingers and add that extra length to light a wick in a candle jar. Oh, and I like the variety of colors. I'll be buying these again.

These are nice I like the size and the practical use. But,Here’s a weird thing. These are made for lighting pipes and candles. Yet when you flick the switch, they do NOT light if it is pointed downward. Odd?
