Happy with the product

I purchased this product for a second time recently. As before, my use is to "park" a heavy, wheeled trash tote on this, so I am most likely under-utilizing its weight capacity. This time, however, and thanks to rough handling by UPS, the plastic pad arrived with one corner broken away from impact damage. I immediately contacted the vendor via Amazon messaging, and was rewarded by quick shipment of a new, undamaged product to me. It arrived literally overnight and with no damage. So, while the product itself is good, the seller's customer service is even better. Recommended.

Surprisingly strong and lightweight. Would recommend. Underside is circular and diagonal reinforcement, but no footers. I suspect it would sink over time unless you lay down a loose fill underneath to fill the cavities. I returned them because my ground was further out of level than I cared to fix at this time and the top was too smooth to hold my trash bins without sliding off. Great product.

Product labeled correctly for 32 x 32 pad but measures 36 x 48. Too much of a hassle to bring to Amazon return site. Won't fit where I need to put it unless I cut 4 inches off... Bleh.Other than that it seems well made.

The concrete pad that my air conditioner's condenser sits on had settled quite a bit and the condenser was no longer level.This pad is very light, but seems sturdy and well made. It also looked bigger than I was expecting when it arrived, but I had measured and it fit perfectly. I lifted the condenser and slid this underneath and then used some gravel underneath the pad to level the condenser. I considered another concrete pad before buying this, but figured this will make it easier to level again in the future if the area continues to settle.

Bought this for my pool, wasn't the right size, returned it but the company charged me half the price of the item for the return. Buyer beware, what a scam from the company.

Got a Mini split installed on my office and this holds the unit perfect, went in and leveled easy.

Bought 4 to use as landing for outdoor steps onto gravel, and a pads for rollout garbage and recycle bins.lightweight but sturdy. Easy to position and provides excellent, soft footing a stepping pads and sturdy enough for large garbage and recycle rollout bins. Great for the money and easy to relocate if needed.
