Surprisingly good nebulizer!
I was a long-term user of the Omron vibrating mesh nebulizer. Omron has disappointed me with their -100 because it's rather finicky as to the angle that it works at. I sent it in to get it looked at, and they say it's fine. I've been using my -22 for ages, but I guess it's slowly dying and it takes literally a couple of hours to nebulize 5 ml of medications. Thus, I decided to try this particular nebulizer. And I have to say, I have been exceptionally pleased with it. I've been using one for a little over two weeks.Compared to my two Omrons, it is exceptionally fast and it doesn't seem to care what angle I hold it at. This speed does come with a cost: it goes through batteries at a fierce rate and I basically swap my rechargeables daily. I am nebulizing 5 ml of medication twice a day, so that is heavier use than a lot of people.LIKES:--VERY Fast. As I said.--Almost zero leftover medication. I'm getting no residual, it's nice to know that all the medicine is going into my lungs.--Automatic shutoff. When the medicine is gone, it shuts itself off.--Nice and lightweight. I believe it's lighter than either of my Omrons.--Sealed medicine chamber. Doesn't leak if the nebulizer is laid on its side on the arm of my couch or carried upside-down when full.--USB power slot! Very nice! Also, see concern with battery door below.DISLIKES:--The manual is in Engrish. If I ever move to a country that English is not the primary language, I am going to hire myself out to manufacturers to take their manuals and, after they translate them to English, I will go over them to translate them again into more accessible English.--Battery life. As stated above.--The battery compartment door. It would be nice if it opened slightly wider, it has to be forced a bit to slide batteries in and out. This makes me worry that it will eventually break. But since there's a USB slot, not a huge worry.--The feel of the unit, holding it in my hand. I don't find it as comfortable as the Omrons, but that's a personal thing. I've used the Omrons for a decade and am used to their feel.--I don't like the face masks. I'd like to build an adapter to use American face masks for this and plan on talking to the respiratory therapists the next time I visit Nat'l Institutes of Health. Shouldn't be difficult to modify.--I wish it had better packaging, as in wrapping the nebulizer itself in bubble wrap in its sales box.--While it is not recommended to drop a nebulizer or practice juggling with them, I feel like this is not going to take an impact well compared to the Omrons. To me, and this is just a feeling, I think the plastic is more likely to break badly if it were dropped on a hard surface from counter height.--Concerns about long-term reliability. I've had one problem after having it for almost two weeks. After nebulizing, when I went to run distilled water in the unit to clean it (I do this after every use). It wouldn't turn on: blinking light syndrome, even after i swapped in a fresh pair of batteries. I rinsed it out, then I took off the mesh/medicine chamber unit, and left it to dry before going to work. That evening, it worked just fine. Before I bought it, I read the numerous one-star reviews and complaints about this being an unreliable unit and about various problems. This made me kind of concerned, but the time required to nebulize - literally HOURS - was destroying my day!So I bought one. And it's been working fine.Do I absolutely trust it? Eh, so-so. But thus far, it's been absolutely reliable. It glitched once, and removing the medicine cup and letting it dry out resolved that. Replacing the batteries daily keeps it running. And I'm planning on buying a second unit so that I have a spare on-hand in case this one fails. At $40 a unit, it's still a lot less expensive than an Omron which makes having a back-up unit very attractive.Do I recommend it? Absolutely yes. If you're running one of the compressor-style nebulizers, you don't know what you're missing by going to a silent vibrating mesh nebulizer. I don't know whether or not, if you buy this one, if you'll get a dud. It might happen. Send it back and get another. Mine works great. It's crazy fast and absolutely silent. It's fantastic, I am oh so happy with it!

It doesn't stay on.
I bought this product in Sept. 2021, it is now July 2022, and it does not work. I used it maybe 10 total times, but now when I press the button it flashes from blue to red and shuts off. I tried the troubleshooting steps from the website (see below), but nothing works. Try a different product this one is not worth the time.---"My nebulizer doesn't stay on?Answer :If your nebulizer shuts of immediately after pressing the button or if it doesn't turn on at all there are only 2 reasons that this is happening and luckily they are easily fixed! If your nebulizer shuts of immediately after pressing the button and doesn't stay on than this is actually because the automatic switch of function is triggered. This could be because either the medicine cup is not filled all the way to the mark or because the sensor might be dry after not using the unit for a while or when first using it. To fix this issue simply fill the medicine cup all the way and tilt it slightly forward with the front of the medicine cup facing down. Then simply press the button repeatadly untill the unit starts working. This only happens on the first use and shouldn't be a problem after that. If your unit doesn't turn on at all and it displays a red light this can be because either the batteries you have put inside are empty or they are not the right voltage. Also please make sure to put in the baterries the correct way. When using a power outlet or powerbank this should not be an issue. If you are still experiencing problems please reach out to us and we will be happy to help."

Works great! I am impressed.
Update:I ordered this before so let's hope it works. It works better than the bigger ones I think!Very happy I purchased. I do t know why other people don't like it. I think this little gadget is great.Easy to use. Sure, took a bit for me to figure out. And I had to find a USB cord to fit it ( does not come with). But found one and it worked fantastic actually. Then later tried it with batteries. It wouldn't turn on. So I thought it was broke. But alas, I had the batteries in wrong! It does work with them. And works great! Very discreet and not loud like the machine ones. Just make sure you take batteries out after each use to not burn it up and to save battery juice. All in all, I very much recommend this little machine. It is a good cost. Easy to carry. Works great. So far after having it for 3 weeks. I plan on getting another one to always make sure I have one on hand should this one quit. Because I love it so much. I actually think it works better delivering medicine better than the big loud ones. Steam comes put thick and you can tone it down to a lower adjustment. It is also easier to clean than tubing etc.It even comes with a cute drawstring bag to carry it in. I put the batteries in it, meds and it's good to go. It's a handy dandy little machine. Don't listen to the bad reviews...either they got a bad one or they are not putting batteries in right or using g the wrong USB cord. Mine works great. The price is right too. You'll be glad you got one if you purchase. Ty Amazon!

Not worth it. Bad quality
I received a refund for this via Amazon’s support service. Initially I was told the item was non returnable. Thankfully customer service was able to help me. The item is terrible quality. The mask falls off during use, it only works while plugged in, and it only worked for me like 5 times. It doesn’t mist at all anymore when I turn it on. Save your money and buy a different nebulizer
