These cushion pads help protect a growth of gouty tophus growing outward from the base of my big toe. It is not yet breaking the surface but is quite painful in certain shoes. The item got here VERY quickly, two days shipping!!

I have large bunions that get sore wearing shoes for long periods of time. This helped a lot! While I did still have some soreness at the end of the work day it was not that bad.

It was easy to take sizzors and trim the pad to make a perfect fits. works very well.

Item (big toe loop) broke after less than a week of wear. I presume similar items in this order will break as the first one did. Unable to reach out directly to Seller. Wouldn't recommend this product due to limited useability & poor performance.

On my foot it irritated my toe by bunching up, however the part that covers the bunion worked as described.
