Great educational Meter
The media could not be loaded. I have used the meters to make an educational video for my students, and they will be using the meters in a lab soon. The galvanometers are well built with a large, easily read scale. They have two ranges (G0 and G1) to minimize the need for external components.Sensitivity: 500 micro ADeviation: 5%Internal resistance:G0: 60-105ohms G1: 1.5K-2KohmsAny more I rarely teach analog meters , but the analog display is more instructive when showing bridge circuits and the affect of magnetic fields moving past coils.

Defective instrument
Defective out of the box and returned immediately. The needle was stuck at the left side of the dial; turning the adjustment screw jiggled the needle a bit, but could not bring it to zero, let alone move it evenly across the dial, as would be required for proper adjustment.

It arrived well packed and new.
I have not yet utilized the galvanometer, so it's accuracy and function remain to be seen. Very nice looking meter!

Good value
Good value for the price; works fine for school science experiment. We've used it over and over without problems.

DOA
Both terminal resistances probed correct, but DOA. Meter shipped with needle pegged low and the calibration screw didn't have enough travel to correct. Movement doesn't respond to any current significantly. Took it apart to try to clean out the movement to no effect.Had no problems with other galvanometers from Amazon.
