So beautiful and sturdy! Assembling the desk was one of the easiest experiences from years of putting together furniture purchases. The color is a rich caramel and the 2 drawers are just right for pens and such. Great piece!

Received on time and in perfect condition. Feels very solid, and extremely easy to assemble. The packaging was designed to protect the desktop, so I appreciate that. The feel of the desk is also very nice. The drawers are small, but I was looking for something minimal to force a decluttered workspace. The mid-century feel is a greast match for my other furnishings, and the walnut color is a nice, soft brown.

I really like what this is for the price, a cheap mid century modern walnut colored desk that's a fraction the price of the others like it! It looks like a four hundred dollar desk, but it's not. Once you get up close and begin to assemble or sit at it, you can see the flaws here and there, but for a hundred you can't complain. I was mad about the CA warning on the item saying it has formaldehyde and is cancerous! It's made with lots of cheap materials from China, so I guess you get what you pay for. I'll probably upgrade to a solid wood desk later, but this suits my music production and writing/studying needs as a basic, pretty living room work desk. It had a couple flaws on either side of the drawer, but just an unsanded rough edge that is hardly noticeable and there is a subtle cloudy patch on one leg I thought was saw dust, but it didnt wipe off with a warm damp cloth, so I stopped messing with it, as it's probably a coating or wood paint. It wobbled a lot, so I put an extra foot pad on one leg on top of the one that came with it and that fixed the teatering. Also the top is waxed, but seems easy to scratch, so I'm being careful not to, as I don't want the formaldehyde to leach out faster. Lol Overall I'm a little unhappy with it, but I'm also very happy it's cute and functional, so I'm torn. I guess I just expected solid wood top, but it seem just the legs are solid wood and the top is probably particle board with a coating. I thought walnut would be darker than this is, but overall it's what I expected for just a hundred bucks. Just know it's not something that you'll want to use forever, just a nice little decor item for a temporary fix. I'd definitely spend the extra on a more higher quality one if this is your style, as this one is a knock off of the real Nordic style wood desks, which I knew, but hoped for more. Too good to be true I suppose. It's not bad, just a little dangerous to have the chemicals in the home, right where you work. I might put a glass top on the surface to seal in any chemicals and to keep if off my body while working at the desk. Buyer be warned...

Super Easy installation and great looking desk.

Honestly, this desk is probably one of the best desks on this app lol. I had no problems assembling it, and I assembled it alone within 25 mins so it was pretty easy. There isn’t much storage, but both of the drawers are pretty long so you can fit atleast a stack of paper within both.

Pretty good but the shelf is more hidden from the front and top view than in the picture, and the shelf is held by a plastic holder. Like the shelf doesn’t slide on wheels or more common shelf types, so I’m worried it might break. Also feel like the shelves could be wider to hold more stuff. But the shelf is simple and very aesthetic. It has amazing aspects. Built very well with minor odd wood carvings, buts it pretty well made from my inexperienced opinion after assembling it. This is the perfect desk for a small space. We use it in our bedroom as a second office set-up and it looks really neat and tidy in our bedroom as opposed to a big clunky desk. The tiny drawer that comes with it is a nice touch for extra storage space too.

WARNING! Fiberglass-like shards all in the packaging! On research, I learned this is likely not fiberglass but the result of the styrofoam being laser cut. However, it was just as irritating (small cuts in your skin like fiberglass) and itchy. I live in a small NYC apartment and there’s no option to leave it outside to clean. Had to put on a mask and thoroughly wipe down the desk with soap and water (recommended online to pick up the shards best). Surely it’s not great to have floating around your apartment though right??? Now I’m sure these shards are just scattered in my entryway. I’ve obviously thrown away the box to get it out so I don’t know how to even return at this point (it’s HEAVY and I can’t just throw the desk in a car to return). This is NOT worth the hassle at all. I feel like I need to deep clean the entire apartment.
