As expected. Love it!

Tossed the idea, back and forth, of a simply round modern clock in a formal dining room. Ends up it looks great its the perfect balance between elegant and modern.

I've owned a lot of wall clocks over the years, but this one is the best wall clock yet. The second hand glides around the face without any jerkiness and it is completely silent. I use this one in my home-office lab to get accurate ambient temperature readings for experiments. Being somewhat unaware of the passage of time (and days ;-) ) while working intently, the large, easy-to-read digital day and date display keeps me from making embarrassing mistakes on lab notes, meeting appointments, etc. Being an older engineer, I always appreciate a good analog clock face. The ratio of hand length (often not thought out well by other low cost clock designers) and appropriately large font make me enjoy this clock every time that I look at it. Sorry to gush about a simple wall clock, but this is definitely a winner!

This clock is just what we wanted. We use it in our motor home. It keeps great time and is virtually silent. It's a great size for our "older" eyes - easy to read from anywhere inside the RV. I didn't set up the digital date correctly initially, so the day kept changing at noon instead of midnight. Then I realized that there is a way to see AM/PM when setting it up, and it now works just fine.

I absolutely love this clock, I've never own a silent wall clock before. Wanted something without the clicking sound, i wake very early some mornings, and sit for a half hour before getting ready for work, and i like to sit in silence, this clock is the clock for that. The brown and white outer case goes very well with my wall color, so far so good, very accurate, I'm really pleased with this clock, highly recommended, i also will try to open it up and get some florescent tape or paint on the hour and minute hands, to glow in the dark.

The clock looks elegant and the clock face is easy to read. It has a large mounting triangle in the back that makes it easy to find the mounting hole for wall hanging. I like the digital readout for the date and the room temperature. Will come in handy in the winter. The negative, which cannot be helped, is that the digital readout is blocked by the clock hands in the 530 to 630 positions. Not that it could have been designed any other way. My wife is going to buy one for her rental.

It's okay. It doesn't seem to know how to "keep up" with date. No matter how many times I set the correct date, its always half a day to a day behind. And the digital date display tends to "dim out" on certain numbers displayed, as if its very low on battery. And depending on where the clock is placed and what angle you look at, the back plate creates a glare causing the clock numbering difficult to see. At least this is my personal experience. Hopefully others had a better luck than I did.I chose not to return thinking that the problem with display is "temporary" and will eventually get better but it never did. By this time, the return window date had closed.UPDATE 01/03/18: After 3 months, the time does not stay accurate. At first it was off by 6-10 minutes, then much later in time after readjusting, it was off by over an hour and half (and no it wasn't due to DST settings). The sole purpose of a clock is to provide time but if it can't do that, then its no better than not having one. Definitely going in the trash.Again, this is my personal experience.

This is our third purchase of the Hito clock. All three are excellent quality, long life battery usage, large and easy to read. The temperature reading appears to be accurate, though dependent on where the clock is placed, of course.This latest model circumference is somewhat smaller (10" versus the previous model 12"), but only noticeable if placed side by side. Otherwise, these clock are identical.Very pleased with all three clocks!
