Free of allergens

I have been taking these for years. All other vitamins are huge bullets, and these are so easy to swallow. Highly recommended. And they have no taste going down which is a big plus.

It's a good product.

These are good vitamins, but for ease of consumption I grind them up with a mortar & pestle. The tab looks small but it is thick and I found it awkward to swallow!

Kosher and gluten free

I take a lot of pills every day and I really appreciate an easier to swallow version.
