Good to have a variety of flavors to select from. The Strawberry Banana is the best so far. The Lemon Sublime is ok and will take getting used to it. No after taste and not gritty. Haven't tried the other flavors yet. Easy to open. Not runny. So far happy with the purchase.

These have supplemented my long runs well. At first, I honestly didn't enjoy the flavor, but they oddly grew on me quickly. No leakage even after constant friction inside compression shorts.

The caramel macchiatto is my favorite energy gel flavor. The extra caffeine is welcome when needed. It is a good facsimile of a real coffee. It goes down smooth and creates no stomach issues even when I'm in the middle of strenuous exercise.

Gives me the right amount of energy to keep going during a longer run or leg workout.

I purchased these for my boys to use at their swim meets. The swim meets are after school so they don't always have time to eat before the meet. They prefer these over the energy gummies. They said their energy level is higher after consuming one of these. They don't complain they are jittery or hit a wall and become nauseous after the glucose is consumed.These are small and compact, easy to pack in a swim bag.I would recommend these.

Basic vanilla flavor, lots of other flavors if you want something else. Use responsibly, don't throw the empties on the ground. Dispose of properly or carry a small bento pouch on your bike.

I love these before intense workouts or in middle if needed. Just enough carbs to have full energy. Also they taste so good! They are super convenient and worth the cost!
