Missing Fresh Scent Odor Neutralizer
I can’t say enough about the great customer service I received from Adams Polishes. I ordered the 6 piece Elite Interior Kit from Amazon for Prime Day but when I received it today the Fresh Scent Odor Neutralizer was missing. I reached out to Amazon thru chat and that took 40 mins of chatting with 3 different reps who continued to ask if I wanted to return the kit. I said NO, I just want the missing product. Finally they gave me the number to call Adams Polishes. I called and spoke to a very nice gentleman at Adams Polishes who told me that he’s received about 3 calls this week saying the customers who ordered off Amazon didn’t receive the odor neutralizer in their kits. He asked me to send an email with my order number. I received a quick reply from Adams polishes asking for my address so they can ship the missing item!

Interior Detailing
Just recieved my Adam's Polishes. Very excited to use the as soon as the rain stops and my fever breaks. They smell awesome and i am looking forward to using the leather conditioner.
