Several 90-degree bends in this project's steel square channel tubing-- is the 1/4" flexible enough to easily make elbow-bends or a headache?

90 degree bends on square tubing is going to make you work for it, it will be pretty tuff not so much pulling the wire, the hard part will be pushing the Fish Tape through the tubing around the 90s, try a vacuum and some string, suck the string through first, attach the string to the Fish Tape or wire and pul it through, they actually have string for this application.
