Since I'm Celiac, gluten Intolerant, I got back into making my own bread and brown rice flour is a main ingredient.It was a good price when you buy this box of 4 as they are individually packages.They have other brands but bulk in ONE container and you would have to use it quicker as once open the whole amount is exposed to air vs. the packages which are individual, I feel like I don't have to make a bunch at a time.

This rice flour is excellent for use with a banneton, keeps the dough from sticking which results in a pretty loaf. Will purchase again!

This makes the best gravy! Just add a Pat of butter, some of this flour and stir, then add your chicken or beef broth! So smooth and good!

Use this to make cakes and other non gluten food. It is good for thickening in your soup or stir fry vegetables. Quite versatile and good taste of brown rice.
