Very happy that this was the exact same battery to replace my old one, that i lost. Well i found it and now i have two 100% identical OE battery packs for my controllers 5-stars for price, quality, and expedience! GREAT JOB!

Great product. Exact color match with my electric volt gamepad. After low battery warning, the battery dies in couple of minutes. I didn’t have that issue with disposable AA batteries. A spare battery is recommended.Amazon cancelled my order after two days. So I ordered again. But my both orders arrived the same day. So I had to return the other one.

I originally bought the xbox controller charging doc because its one of the sleekest docs on the market. My only issue was that from other reviewers, the batteries apparently degraded over time which is normal, except that the company did not sell the battery packs separately. After contacting them if they could sell me the battery, they uploaded the batteries to their market place and amazon store, so already tons of praise for that. Great customer service, the doc is amazing, the battery packs work well and are very lowkey.

NOTE: I bought the battery pack only version of this listing. I haven't used the charging dock and this review is about the battery only.Pros:* it works, no glaring build quality issues or unexpected problems so far after a few weeks of use* comes with both Xbox One and Xbox Series controller cover pieces, and the battery pack itself works in both* it holds charge better than I expected, especially given the price - if you leave your controller charged but not plugged in for a few days it'll still be mostly charged* the proprietary exposed metal charging thing used by Controller Gear's charging dock is unobtrusive, and charging via the controller's built-in USBC port is also supported, making this "replacement" listing a pretty good deal as a standalone battery packCons:* no passthru charging - while the controller is in use, USB powers the controller but does not continue charging the battery* you can't remove the battery pack and charge it unless you have a Controller Gear charging dock - the only way to charge it without needing other Controller Gear products is in a controller, and that controller cannot be used while charging* 1100mAh is on the low end nowadays for controller battery packs in this price rangeAll in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase, but the low capacity and the trade-offs and caveats that come with its ability to use the controller's built-in charging port are worth at least a star off. I considered going with 3 but the fact that it looks and feels reasonably well built in a market flooded with sometimes dangerously cheap and shoddy battery packs seems worthy of rounding up to 4.To sum up: this is a pretty solid cheaper alternative to the official Plug & Play battery pack, but that savings comes with a couple lost features, most notably passthru charging, and has less capacity than many other third party packs that come with their own dedicated chargers. A solid middle ground option if you want the convenience of a battery pack you can just leave in place till it needs replacement but don't want to spend $30 for the Microsoft one.

Great product. My only issue with this is that three of the four XBox Series X specific controllers have White backs and battery covers. This item is Not available.in white. However, I'm willing to bet that if you get any color mother than the black charging stand that it comes with a white battery cover. What gives?Update***After two months, the battery will no longer hold a charge for more than a day. I have three other controllers with the rechargeable battery and stand that are going on three and four years old now that last a full week. This one does not. And of course my window to return it has closed. Buyer be ware.New issue....these are no longer available, in black or white. Razer has bought them, and Razer has ZERO trained or intelligent customer service. They have no idea how to get them, you must provide your life history and purchase and receipt and vendor history, all with no reasonable explanation as to how you buy a company and don't support the product.I and my entire family will Never purchase a Razer product again

I really don’t know why everyone isn’t using these buy now. If you don’t care about the environmental impact disposable batteries have you should at least care about the financial impact of them. I got the pro charging stand set like 3 years ago and even though the battery that came with it gave it after ~2.5 years, the long term savings are huge. Just order a new one and you’re set for years. A must have for any Xbox.

We have an xbox charging station and every controller did fit it before I got this kit to replace a missing standard battery cover. Set it up, but, the door does not allow it to fit the station proper, so I have to usb charge it. back to square one.

I like that it’s a direct replacement and my charger is working great,I no longer look at it like a wasted piece of plastic on my tv stand. I recommend the replacement to anyone. ( make sure you let it charge other wise it can damage the battery or affect shelf life)
