For my hard boots, feels good today
Ok. But I wanted the ones with extra thickness. No problem since this is a 2 pack, can double it.Update; Wearing a thick arch support rubber type and one of these thin soles on top works. Nice and comfy!

It comes one size fits all but you adjust it to your shoe
If your feet hurt in your work shoes these are the way to go! If your shoes are a size to big, these will fix that problem to, and adds comfort. You have to cut it according to your foot size.

These are not the MEMORY FOAM version described/in photos. They are cheaper, thinner version
Item I received was NOT the MEMORY FOAM version, as shown in multiple photos and described on the product page. Instead, I received the more basic insoles, which are thinner and less padded than the ones shown on the webpage.
