Aonsen Compression Stockings for Running, Nurses, Shin Splints

First of all I didn't receive these on a discount to try but they work... Well!I'm a disabled Veteran with sciatic nerve pain, a bulging disc in my lower back, and a slipped disc in my neck. Continuous movement keeps me happy, healthy, and moderately pain free.I run about 10-15 miles per week but have been hindered by my shin splits. I stretch, use a foam roller and finally now got these. Whenever my shins start to hurt my feet stop landing correctly causing more pain, and pain elsewhere in my body. I just got back from a 4 mile run wearing these. (They're still on). I had to stop and stretch my lower legs out about 1.5 in and didn't need to do that at all for the remainder of the run. Wow. I typically do that at .5 and sometimes shortly thereafter again to loosen up my muscles there. I can't wait to buy another pair or three and keep using these on every run.• Great fit - Size Medium - 5'11.5" 185lbs - the fit is tight but a good tight. I don't feel as though my calf is being squeezed too tightly or not at all.• Unique Design• They work!

I had back surgery last November and walking was my rehab modality. Been doing great until I pushed it too hard and got shin splints in my left lower leg. Okay, RICE (rest, ice, compression and elevate) is the treatment. I bought these as they were highly rated and not expensive, no more than a good pair of compression socks. But these are light and not overly warm to wear even with long pants and 80 degree weather. I first used it on my left calf but it felt so good that I put it on my right calf as well. The support I get from these compression sleeves decreased the discomfort of shin splints significantly and are really comfortable. Be sure to measure your calf and order the correct size. I'm slight of build and not very tall, yet needed a medium as my calf size was 13,5 inches. Definitely would recommend to others.

I have a recurring calf strain when I run and I've tried numerous wraps and sleeves from pharmacies and sporting goods stores. I decided to try these because they were not too expensive and I didn't want compression socks. They turned out to be a really good choice. My calf measurement is at the top of one size and the bottom of the next larger size. I picked the smaller size. The compression is perfect. The sleeve is heavy duty and tapers toward the ankle. It isn't just a footless sock. It stays firm but is comfortable to wear all day. My socks fit over it and don't slide down. It is a set of two but I only use one at a time. Highly recommended.

Love these sleeves. They are tight enough that they relieve my restless legs, but not so tight that I have trouble taking them on and off. Don't expect your legs to look pretty after you take these off! The arrow pattern was etched into my skin for a bit afterwards haha! I hate wearing socks when I sleep and that is also when my restless legs are the worst. This solves that problem by letting my feet be free, but my legs to feel comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who suffers from restless legs.

These were fine quality but I thought that they ran large. I ordered by the size chart, but they did not feel compressive enough for my needs. I returned them and hoped to order a size small but there were none for sale, so I ended up buying a different brand. Also, the weaving is alternating thick and thin weave, which makes me wonder if the compressive strength can truly be even/continuous.

Owning a dog walking business, I walk 5-7 miles a day, and at 70 years of age, I decided I wanted to try athletic compression sleeves to allow my legs the best shot... these ZestWear sleeves are great! I feel like the circulation in my legs is much improved after only wearing for 4-5 days. I'm not as tired in the evening and they are easy to put on and take off. Also, they washed and dried beautifully.

Our Calf Compression Sleeves arrived quickly, My Husband has varicose veins both unsightly and painful. He needed a sleeve that he could use with his own socks. He's only been wearing for a few days but, has already commented his legs are less achy. We haven't wash them yet and I'm hoping they wash well without pilling. I will give an update after we wash them.

Although I measured according to instructions the sleeves I believe were extremely tight and almost impossible to get on. I did so in the AM when the legs are not enlarged, but, almost had to take something to cut them off. They are stored in my closet. Guess I should have gotten the larger size but never can tell when following instructions.

Bought these recently and have been using them. The compression is just right form me and has helped with my recovery. The sleeves are well made, no loose stitching and are breathable.Great value, would recommend.
