This is now a staple for me. It’s lightly scented but it doesn’t irritate my skin and it’s the only moisturizer that works on my very dry skin. It’s so rich without feeling sticky and my skin feels very supple after applying it.

2019: This moisturizer is my holy grail. I have since 2015 purchased this 7 times. In addition, I just ordered 3 more because they were on sale for $12each. When I open this jar, the smell (which is not strong)makes me so happy. Placing it on my skin is like quenching its thirst. This product feels and performs like a high end luxury product, and I will continue to purchase it no matter the price. I was ready and willing to pay $30 for a jar today. So happy that I was able to purchase 3 for that price today. My skin care has evolved over the years. My current skin situation is; fine lines, hyper pigmentation, the occasional pimple, pores. My current skin care arsenal consists of The Ordinary (Glycolic Acid, Niacinimide, Lactic Acid, Caffine & Green tea, Retinoid), Sunday Riley (Good Genes and Luna), Radha (Hyaluronic Acid with Vitamin C), and of course Atopalm (Moisture Cream). 2017: I am deducting 1 star from my rating because a HUGE factor in my review reflecting 5 stars was the fact that it is a wonderful product at an EXTREAMLY affordable price (between $15-18). Now that is $30, I will definitely use it more sparingly and I have cancelled my 2 month subscription. 2015: This moisturizer has changed my life. My face was getting dry, cracked and flaky from my acne routine, change in weather, etc... This immediately alleviated any discomfort. After a few weeks, the dryness has gone away. My skin noticeably looks better, brighter, and healthier. I have gotten many compliments on my skin since starting. The product is not greasy. When applied, gives a matte finish. It absorbs quickly and nicely into the skin. I wear it under my makeup with no issues. I highly recommend this product, and will continue to buy it.

This cream is fantastic!! I have VERY DRY and sensitive skin and about 1 yr ago developed mild adult acne. Until now (26yo african american female) I never had acne, breakouts, or blemishes. Acne washes dry my skin out terribly, make the acne worse, and often I've had to use heavy lotions and creams (like Goldbond, Cetaphil lotion, Aveeno) to moisturize my face. This would work for the first day or 2, but then the lotion would sit on my skin instead of soak in and I would have oily, dewy, or super shiny skin - all of which I hated. Over the last year I've also spent a fortune on various products that were disappointing so I was hesitant to purchase this. At first I thought this product would be just the same because of the "intensive moisturizing" label but NOT SO!! I ordered the trial size and fell in love with it instantly after my first use! It soaks right in without feeling sticky, greasy, or oily so your skin looks like healthy, matte, clean skin not like you've just left the sauna. It lasts all day, has a very soft, clean smell and you only need a very small amount. Additionally, I wash my face in the morning and at night with St. Ives Swiss Formula Makeup Remover & Facial Cleanser All Skin Types 6 oz. and once a week I use St. Ives Timeless Skin Daily Microdermabrasion 4 oz (113 g) to keep my skin fresh and new. I moisturize with Atopalm after each facial cleansing and it has done wonders. My skin is clear and healthy again after about 3 weeks of my new routine. The 3oz jar of atopalm should last a good while (2 months maybe a little more) and it's worth every penny. I'm hooked!

Nothing special but for my skin it works the best to keep it hydrated and smooth. I can’t say that I noticed any changes in even minor wrinkles but probably it prevents new ones. In general it is very good product for daily use.

Really only worth the $25 it usually is. It's one of the least irritating moisturizers that I've used. The weight and texture is smooth and light. It keeps my skin healthy in the desert. It's a little small. Any price above 30, better go with something of higher quality.

I have very dry dry skin but I also use retinols, none of my face creams worked not even my intensive moisture dermologica which always works did nothing. However this worked so well I added squalene to it and it’s nice my skin glows so much! I was worried about the scent as I have extremely sensitive skin and I break out in rashes easily, this doesn’t bother my skin at all which I’m still surprised about :) if you have dry scaly skin you should try it! Also if you don’t like lavender smells at all don’t get this however, the scent does fade very fast. I don’t really like it either but it’s not the type of lavender scent that’ll make you feel sick it’s a gentle smell :) Edit: I still love this face cream it’s amazing it’s all I use with a Greek face oil I don’t break out with it and it helps my skin so much

I have used other MLE creams, Zerafite is my preferred one. Bought this one as it was better priced but it caused my skin to break out. It happened every time I used it. I stopped using it when I saw the bumps. Tried it again once they cleared and I had the same reaction. I think its due to one of the ingredients, not sure which one. It does have coconut oil in the form of the caprylic triglyceride but so does the Purito Cica Sleep pack cream I use. I wish it would have worked for me as the cream has a nice consistency and feels very moisturizing. Passed it along to my mom and she has not had a reaction.

I'm 39 and have always had extremely sensitive skin. It gets super dry and flakey in some places (around my nose and mouth mostly), gets oily in other places, and breaks out easily. To top it off, in the last two years I developed eczema around my eyes. Luckily it only flares up periodically, but it's so frustrating when it does. Anyway, after getting incredibly annoyed with moisturizers doing nothing except making me break out, I started doing research and stumbled across this product. Honestly, I was a bit hesitant to buy it after reading that the formula had changed in 2010 and people were unhappy with it, but decided to give it a shot anyway. Plus, from what I read it sounded like the change was just the removal of parabens and addition of a scent. Since breast cancer runs in my family, I'm very familiar with the endocrine-disrupting properties of parabens so was happy to read that. And while I prefer unscented lotions just due to my skin being sensitive, I'm so glad I gave this one a chance. It is, hands-down, the most effective moisturizer I've ever used. The dry, flakey patches on my face were gone within a day, it hasn't made me break out at all, and a recent attempt by my lovely friend eczema to flare up on my eyelid got nipped in the bud at the outset and went away within a couple of days. I'm not even a third of the way through my first jar and just ordered another one to make sure I don't run out. This stuff is phenomenal! I'm rarely impressed with cosmetic products of any sort but this is so effective I had to write a review. If you have dry, sensitive skin and are prone to eczema/dermatitis I would highly recommend this.
