I chose these for him because he has difficulties swallowing any pill. I tried one. The flavor is pleasant enough and doesn't take terribly long to dissolve. I found it a bit "zippy" with a tad bit of aftertaste, but I have a highly sensitive body. We will definitely buy these again for him.

I was surprised to find that this helped me get sleepy at the end of the day and sleep better at night. I also discovered there are different types of zinc and this one is good for sleep. The zinc picolinate was actually keeping me awake so if I need one for the daytime I take that, but at the end of the day I like this one. Great for people who already swallow a lot of supplements because it's a lozenge.

My husband is on chemo and these did not work to help with the metallic taste he has.
