I bought these thinking the one with the larger diameter would be great for smoothies as it would be less prone to getting clogged by a large bit or fruit and would be easy to clean. Unfortunately it doesn’t do well what a straw should do - suck. The seam where the straw snaps together is not sealing well enough to allow me to drink a smoothly. I just get mostly air. That makes it useless for what it is intended for. I had high hopes for these and they would be so much easier to clean than other reusable straws. Unfortunately though these aren’t reusable as they are hardly usable in the first place.The longer straws are ok for drinks, but again they let in some air making for a less satisfying experience. If you ever drank through a cracked plastic straw, you know how annoying getting a lot of bubbles instead of drink can be.

I really like the long straws and I plan to get some ones in different lengths. I use one for hot liquids and a separate one for cold liquids. I don’t have issues with either temperature. In my opinion, I have to suck a little harder than with disposable straws to draw fluid into my mouth and I had to get use to the fact the straw is rigid but those are superficial issues. They function well (I love that the clasp serves as a stopper in my cups with twist-on lids) and they are easy to clean and dry (I wash by hand). I will likely not return to using disposable straws. I have metal straws but keeping them clean was an issue-not so with the WonderSip straws.

Wow! I am just so happy to receive a “REAL” reusable straws! Easy to clean is the main concern when I decide to buy the product. I don’t need to use any tools to clean the straws, especially when the time I eat out. Highly recommend! Go green!

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I really want to love this product cuz its easy to clean (and super cute), and I hate the taste and texture of silicone. However, since the straws don’t have the seal, they just click, so the air comes in every time you suck. As you can hear in the video clip so much air come in making noises when you use the straw.

Brilliant! I always looked for straws that could be opened and thoroughly cleaned inside - I finally found them! They will be great for our morning smoothies!

These straws are the best! Good for the whole family. My grandson took to this right away. He loves drinking smoothies and this easily does the trick. Best of all, so easy to clean! Everyone should have a pack!

Super easy to clean, I don’t have to worry about what’s inside and if I’ve cleaned the straws thoroughly. The best reusable straw in the market currently. Highly recommended!

- No info I can find on country of manufacture (illegal in the US)- Very sturdy, they don't really bend at allIt's fairly simple - treat the 2 leaves as a thumb screw. One twist and they open. Run your finger down the straw to fully open. They do open all the way.When closing, pick a spot and push together till you hear the snap. Again, run your fingers down the straw to snap several places.It does fully seal. I couldn't find any loss of suction. They don't leak.To me, this is still a novelty item. A bit of fun, sort of cute. I have no trouble with a straw brush and I'm confident my straws are clean, so these aren't really needed, but I did really want to see if they were truly functional or not.The bag is a sturdy feeling canvas, unbleached. Has silly water-animal pix on it, kid style. Drawstring with spring clamp.These will go in our camping gear. Sturdy, easy to clean, reusable straws will be a fun treat.I can't go 5 stars. The novelty value is fine but there's no way these will keep up their good snap and thin seam.
