Dual voltage for international travel
I used it during our Europe trip, the only defect is too small for two people, other than that l am happy to have it.

Fire hazard
The media could not be loaded. It was emitting smoke like plastic was burning from inside. Thought it was just an initial burn from first use but it kept smoking even after 3minutes. Had to turn it off so my fire alarm wouldn’t go off.

Works well
Didn't experience any problems with the stove. Using the right voltage setting, it heats up quickly. I use it to make soup and heat up food. Very convenient. The size is compact but it is a bit heavy.

Product import Japan
Product say import Japan but made in China

it’s a Japan import but made in China
so they found another means to skirt around identifying products made in China. I try my best to avoid Made in China products for several reasons i.e. poor quality, rampant proprietary thievery, etc. I initially planned to purchased more for my college-bound nieces but not anymore.
