Amazing pencil! Spare parts needed
Amazing pencil!Are spare parts available? My pencil fell down and this has inadvertently resulted in a bent tip? Does the company produce the spare parts...just above the metallic grip?

MOST USELESS FEATURE OF HARD / SOFT. VERY LOW QUALITY NOT EXPECTED OF FABER.
The product by itself is OK.However, the feature of hard / soft is useless since the sleev is loose.I ordered this pen THREE times as I liked the feature.But all the deliveries had this problem.If I stick it with instant glue, the feature of hard / soft is finished and unusable.So what's the use ? PRODUCT UNUSABLE.Shocking that this is happening.PLEASE REFUND NOW AS I CANNOT KEEP TRYING IT FURTHER.Will go for anpther brand.Never Faber from now on for any size.
